In our quest to foster safe learning environments, our biggest ally along the way is our students themselves. We understand that our students must be feeling easy about the environment that we already created.
No question is too small to ask and no topic is off the table. We take steps to change our environment to fit in with how they want to learn.
We created a safe learning environments for the children and also lead by example. We show the kids how important kindness is by taking every opportunity to be kind ourself, and they follow.
We show our students that we ourself are comfortable in the environment that we have created, and they grow more at ease themselves.
